The licensee acquires the rights for the personal use of the content in its offered form. The content may not be changed by the licensee, included in derivative works or redistributed.
This prohibition includes the revision (also to remove possible errors), expansion, translation and re-arranging of individual components of the content.
Further prohibited is the transfer of the content to other content or programs and the use of the content as a template for other content.
The licensee does not obtain the right to make the content available to others. This includes the publication of the content in a learning management system (LMS), the intranet or on a web page.
Duplication is only permitted for the usage approved by the underlying license. This includes the required reproduction for the hardware used (e.g. caching) as well as for purposes of data backup. Any reproduction outside this license is prohibited.
The license expires with the termination of the agreement by the licensor.

The licensee acquires a non-exclusive right to use the content in its offered form.
The licensee may make the content in its offered form available to other people using the edu-sharing network. This includes the use of the content in connected learning management systems (LMS) or intranet portals.
The content may not be changed by the licensee, included in derivative works or circulated outside the edu-sharing network. This prohibition includes the revision (also to remove possible errors), expansion, translation and re-arranging of individual components of the content. Further prohibited is the transfer of the content to other content or programs and the use of the content as a template for other content.
